Do you have any suggestions or questions?
I found Almond butter at a bulk food store. My BFF found it at her grocery store (3000 miles away from me). I haven't tasted it yet. It's cute, there is a raccoon on it.
ReplyDeleteI found that at first it taisted just like peanut butter but about 2 seconds into rolling around in my mouth trying to unstick it from the roof I detected the almond. I think it is good. Something different from the norm. I compaired it to my Jar of Jif and found that according to the Nurtition Facts the little jar of MaraNatha All Natural Almond Butter (creamy) was just a hair better nutritionally than the Jif.
ReplyDeleteIt had the same Calories, Less Saturated Fat, Less Sodium by 85mg and it has a gram more Dietary Fiber. The only draw back I see is that it has 1 less gram of Protein than the Jif. If you don't like the Almond butter, you could go without or use regular old Jif as a sub. Just a suggestion.
